Do you guys have an all-in-one system?

Yes! Onesix offers a complete all-in-one solution with Kiosk, POS system and Online Kiosk, including all the features for ordering, paying and reporting. There is also a status screen, so customers can immediately see when their order is ready.

What does the 30-day free trial mean?

Every entrepreneur deserves the chance to test the Onesix Kiosk. You get 30 days to test it without any obligations, so you can experience how it feels to serve your guests even better when ordering. This trial phase can be started without any investment.

Menu questions

Can I customize my products or set up recommendations myself?

Absolutely. As an entrepreneur, you have the ability to adjust everything in the menu through the dashboard. Want us to do it? No problem, we just need 2 business days processing time. Of course, there is no charge for this.

How do I set up my menu?

Before installation, you send us your menu. We make sure the menu is ready in advance. After that, you can easily compose and adjust your menu via the Onesix dashboard. Can't figure it out yourself? Our support team will always help you step by step.

Do you also have photos for the products on my menu?

Onesix offers standard stock photos. Want to use your own product photos? You can supply them yourself and we can add them for you in the Onesix Dashboard. This makes your menu more attractive and clearer for your guests.

Do I have to pay for menu changes?

Nope, never :)

We just need 2 business days processing time. If you can't wait, you can always make changes yourself via the Onesix Dashboard.

Financial questions

How much does the Kiosk cost and what are the transaction fees?

The price of the Kiosk depends on the type. Check our product page for an overview of all Kiosks. In addition, we charge €1 per day plus transaction fees. Transaction fees are calculated per order and vary by payment method and country. We always share this overview neatly before the trial phase.

Where can I find my revenue?

All your revenue and sales data is available in the Onesix dashboard. Here you can view real-time statistics and generate reports to accurately track your business results.

How long is a contract with Onesix?

The contract is flexible. You can cancel at any time. If you stop halfway through the month, you still pay the license costs for that month, but no more transaction fees.

Kiosk questions

Is the Kiosk easy to install?

The Kiosk is easy to install and it usually takes 20 to 30 minutes. You don't need any experience with computers or installations. Simply scan the QR code on the packaging and follow the step-by-step videos. After that, we schedule a short phone call to check if everything is working properly.

How is it that people order more through a Kiosk?

Upselling through the Kiosk is simple and effective. Our system has proven with millions of orders that automated (AI-driven) upselling works: the right questions are asked at the right time. This means customers more often order extras, such as sauce, a drink or a dessert.

Is it possible to integrate with my current POS system?

Yes, Onesix offers integrations that allow you to connect the Kiosk to your existing POS systems. This ensures all orders and payments run smoothly and clearly. Here you can find more information about the integrations.

Can you connect to my printer?

Sure, we can connect to Epson and Star printers. If you have one of these printers, we can connect to it and print receipts on it.

Why is there no receipt printer in the Kiosk?

The Kiosk does not have a built-in receipt printer because orders are automatically displayed by name, via buzzer, or table number. Want a receipt anyway? You can enable QR codes so guests can easily scan and print their receipt. It saves money, paper, and a lot of headaches because experience shows that printers are often not refilled or break down.

Can I place the POS / kitchen printer in different locations?

Yes, you can place the printer flexibly, for example at the kitchen or the bar, so that orders from the Kiosk or POS go directly to the right location. You can set up in our Dashboard which products go to which printer.

What other equipment do I get with my Kiosk?

With your Onesix Kiosk, in addition to the ordering terminal, you also receive additional equipment such as a tablet for the order overview and a receipt printer so that all orders come through properly. Optionally, you can add an Onesix POS for a complete all-in-one solution. Please note: the tablet remains the property of Onesix and is provided on loan for the duration of the partnership. Upon termination of the partnership, we ask you to return the tablet.

Do you have a POS system?

Yes, we do. The Onesix POS is a complete POS system. You can easily process orders via the included tablet or via the Onesix iPhone app. All orders from the POS, Kiosk and Online Kiosk are centrally managed and automatically linked to your receipt printer.

Can I use QR codes with Onesix?

Yes, with the Onesix Online Kiosk, guests can quickly and easily order via their own phone. Place personalized QR codes on tables or other locations so customers can order directly. We supply sleek aluminum QR plates with integrated NFC chip, but you can also purchase the stickers yourself.

Does Onesix have a status screen?

Yes, Onesix offers a clear status screen where customers can see whether their order is being prepared and when it is ready. This provides peace and overview for waiting customers. Via the included tablet, you can easily accept and check off orders.

Other questions

Can I also accept cash payments?

Yes, cash payments are always possible with both our Kiosk and POS. This way, your customers can pay in their preferred way.

Can I also use the system as a check-in system?

The system cannot be used without a transaction. It is active and usable when an order or payment takes place.

What other ordering and payment options are there besides the Kiosk?

Besides the Kiosk, we also have the Online Kiosk, which allows guests to easily order via QR codes. In addition, there is the Onesix POS, an all-in-one solution with which you can take orders directly.
